Design Systems & Production Designer
Skills
- Fluent in Figma and experienced building component libraries and templates
- Experience with digital asset management platforms (Brandfolder experience a plus)
- Strong production design skills across digital, social, email, and landing page formats
- Understanding of marketing and creative production workflows and version control
- Systems thinking with ability to document processes and create repeatable solutions
- Strong collaborator with clear written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Figma component libraries, templates, and modular systems for banners, emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Manage Brandfolder taxonomy, tagging, permissions, and organization to keep digital assets discoverable and reusable
- Produce marketing assets (banners, emails, landing pages) while establishing systems to speed production and ensure consistency
- Partner with Creative Director, Marketing Ops, and engineering to connect tools and optimize end-to-end creative workflows
- Develop documentation, guidelines, and onboarding resources that empower teams to use design systems and assets correctly
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation or integrations to improve throughput and reduce manual handoffs
Education
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio or examples demonstrating design systems, production work, and process-driven outcomes
