Senior Product Designer
Skills
- 5+ years designing and shipping digital products, preferably B2B/SaaS
- Strong experience with end-to-end product design: journeys, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma experience a plus)
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing
- Ability to think systemically about UX and design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations and driving clarity
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to drive features from concept through implementation
- Run design research studies including quantitative analysis, usability testing, and customer interviews
- Create journey maps and persona-informed flows to identify feature opportunities and UX improvements
- Document designs and specifications to support engineering handoff
- Contribute to and evolve the product style guide and component-based design system
- Present and critique designs in cross-functional reviews to gather feedback and align stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) — strong academic credentials preferred
