The role will be a key part in bringing Ramp’s virtual experiences to life. In this position, you’ll help plan and execute engaging webinars, workshops and online events that generate leads, connect with customers, and elevate Ramp’s brand. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure every detail, from promotion to production, runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, creative, and excited to grow within a fast-moving marketing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full event lifecycle and contribute directly to the programs that shape Ramp’s digital presence.
Plan and execute engaging virtual events that drive lead generation and brand engagement
Coordinate logistics including platform setup, speaker prep, registration management, and day-of execution
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align event goals and messaging with broader campaign strategies
Manage promotional efforts across email, social media, and partner channels to boost event attendance
Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to collect and organize event content and materials
Communicate with attendees before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless experience
Track and report on event performance metrics to help optimize future campaigns
Partner with external vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality event delivery
Support post-event initiatives including content repurposing, lead follow-up, and reporting
Background in events marketing, field marketing, or event management in a B2B tech or SaaS setting, with the ability to plan and execute impactful events.
Ability to plan and execute multiple events and/or initiatives
Proven track record of strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Experience with event marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Goldcast, Hubspot, Splash, or similar CRM/marketing automations)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset for working with vendors and internal teams
Proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; willingness to quickly learn and adopt AI tools
Self-starter attitude with ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions, and execute tasks independently once trained
Experience in B2B tech or SaaS marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or related field
Experience in high-growth start up environments
Experience working cross-functionally with direct and indirect (channel) sales organizations
Experience working at fintech or finance company
