About the role:
Uptop (a Rain company) is looking for a versatile Product Program Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our sports rewards business. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and execution, working directly with the Uptop leadership team to scale and optimize rewards programs with professional sports organizations.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in client-facing commercial conversations and internal product execution, translating partner needs into high-quality product experiences. You will act as the connective tissue between sports partners, customer support, marketing execution, and engineering—ensuring our rewards platform delivers measurable value in real time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Uptop’s professional sports partners
Lead customer support efforts across all sports rewards programs, ensuring high partner satisfaction
Work closely with sports teams to understand business goals, fan engagement strategies, and success metrics
Guide partners through launches, optimizations, and ongoing program execution
Gather, synthesize, and prioritize product feedback from sports partners
Translate partner needs and insights into clear product requirements and feature improvements
Partner with engineering and design to guide product development and iteration
Ensure the rewards product continues to evolve toward scalability, reliability, and performance
Own end-to-end execution of sports rewards programs, from planning through launch and optimization
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, support, and marketing
Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives
Audit and monitor marketing campaigns in real time, identifying issues and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with sports teams to architect rewards-driven marketing strategies
Support real-time campaign execution and performance monitoring
Provide insights and recommendations to improve fan engagement and program effectiveness
Experience in product management, program management, or project management, ideally in a tech-enabled or marketplace environment
Strong client-facing skills with experience working directly with external partners
Ability to translate business and customer needs into product and execution plans
Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment
Passion for sports, consumer products, or fan engagement is a plus
