Skills
- Deep expertise in traditional payment rails and banking integrations (ACH, Wires, RTP, Cards, FedNow).
- Strong understanding of crypto primitives (wallets, exchanges, stablecoins) and money movement use cases.
- Technical ability to lead API, ledger, and reconciliation architecture discussions.
- Experience building partnerships with liquidity providers and payment rails.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and delivery for money movement, liquidity routing, and settlement.
- Design and simplify complex payment flows into reliable APIs and developer experiences.
- Optimize and expand connections to traditional banking rails (ACH, Wires, RTP, FedNow) and card networks.
- Ensure compliance and risk controls are built into product workflows (AML/KYC, payment regulations).
- Build and manage relationships with liquidity providers, exchanges, and banking partners.
- Use data and financial metrics to set goals, measure performance, and drive operational rigor.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team focused on technical excellence and ownership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Economics) or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree preferred but not required.
