About the Team:
You will be joining a fast-moving and rapidly growing team dedicated to reimagining how students interact with Quizlet and its products. Our primary goal is to encourage users to return more frequently for longer study sessions, ultimately helping them achieve academic success. To meet these objectives, you'll collaborate closely with a cutting-edge engineering team that leverages the latest AI methodologies for Quizlet’s search and recommendations system.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will design and refine the content system that powers recommendations, search, and engagement across Quizlet. You’ll work closely with product managers to ensure the content delivered to users aligns with their specific context, learning goals, and subject mastery. To achieve this, you’ll collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, subject matter experts, and data engineers.
We’re happy to share that this is an onsite position. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office at a minimum of three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company.
