As Director of Product Operations, you will be the glue that helps ensure H1’s product organization runs with clarity, focus, and precision. You’ll drive the operating rhythm that turns strategy into execution — aligning stakeholders around priorities, enabling effective planning and tradeoff decisions, and ensuring all the various teams required to deliver our product goals execute with discipline and impact. Building up your own deep understanding of our customers, data foundation, and business goals, you’ll lead the quarterly and annual product planning process, shape roadmap visibility, and help ensure we build scalable systems that support predictable, high-quality launches. Your leadership will bring structure and transparency to a fast-moving environment — ensuring we’re building the right products, in the right way, to accelerate H1’s mission and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1
- Operationalize H1’s product strategy by driving consistent planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms across the product, engineering, data, and commercial teams.
- Lead the quarterly and annual product planning process, ensuring that roadmaps, OKRs, and capacity allocations align with company goals and reflect data-driven tradeoffs.
- Establish and evolve product operating systems — how the organization plans, builds, and ships — to ensure clear accountability, predictable delivery, and alignment to business impact.
- Own product performance visibility, partnering with analytics and finance to track delivery metrics, product adoption, and business outcomes; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to improve coordination, ensure timely handoffs, and drive cross-functional alignment on launch readiness and enablement.
- Standardize communication and documentation practices, ensuring product decisions, roadmap changes, and launch updates are transparent and accessible across the company.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying friction points in product delivery and implementing scalable processes, tooling, and rituals to enhance efficiency and predictability.
