Sr Customer Success Analyst (remote)

Quiq is a leader in enterprise agentic AI for customer experience and is hiring a Senior Customer Success Analyst to build standardized reporting methodologies, create value-driven reports for enterprise clients, and partner with engineering and product to improve analytics in the Quiq platform. The role focuses on translating customer data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to expand use cases, and demonstrating ROI of Quiq solutions to customers.

Skills

  • Proven customer-facing analytics experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep knowledge of contact center operations and performance measurement for AI and human agents
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to create executive-ready reports
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly in presentations and client interactions
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and standardize reporting methodologies and templates for customer success and enterprise clients.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to define goals and measure achievement using Quiq data.
  • Analyze customer data and conversational logs to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Perform conversational analysis to surface improvement opportunities for customers.
  • Collaborate with customer success to monitor customer health and proactively address risks.
  • Partner with engineering and product to define, prioritize, and scope reporting and analytics features.
  • Translate client feedback and reporting needs into enhancement requests for the product roadmap.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Relevant analytics or data visualization certifications preferred (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
