Job Description
Skilled and proactive Reliability Engineer to support the Maintenance Engineering team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with GMP and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment failures and propose solutions to enhance reliability.
- Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
- Implement improvements in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve issues and execute projects.
- Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- BS Engineering
- Proven experience in reliability engineering within regulated industries (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as SAP PM, RCA, CMMS, and PM/PdM management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, compliance standards, and contractor policies specific to pharmaceutical environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical writing skills
- Bilingual - English & Spanish - understand, write and speak
