About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Oracle EBS environment using technologies such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and development tools.
- Experience with integration methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
- Oracle EBS certification is a plus.
