Responsibilities
- Handle incoming communications from prospective and existing customers with accurate product information
- Identify new business opportunities through research and client outreach
- Create and organize sales presentations, brochures, pricing sheets, and proposals
- Maintain customer records and sales pipeline data in the CRM
- Assist with drafting quotes, order processing, and coordination with logistics
- Schedule and support product demos between customers and technical teams
- Compile and report sales metrics to inform strategy
- Plan and execute company presence at industry events and follow up leads
- Maintain regular prospect and customer contact to support relationship development
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations for customer needs and feedback
- Attend customer meetings and prepare reports, advancing to direct account responsibility
- Organize travel and meeting arrangements for senior management visits
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Preferred relevant college coursework or degree in business, marketing, or related fields
