Outage Coordinator

This role coordinates 24/7 Potelco emergency response crew requests. Provides incident-specific support, coordination, prioritization, tracking, and invoicing for emergency response work received from customers to Potelco Operations. It is a part-time role with a variable schedule.
Schedule consists of 7 days on; 7 days off.
This individual must be able to work both swing and graveyard shifts as well as holidays.
Swing: Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm. Saturday & Sun, 7 am - 7 pm.
Graveyard: Monday - Friday, 11 pm - 7 am. Saturday & Sun, 7 pm - 7 am.
