Enterprise Account Executive

Ping Identity is a global leader in cloud identity and access management, helping enterprises deliver secure, seamless digital experiences. The company is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own a territory focused on net-new logos and upsell opportunities, working with internal resources and partners to close complex, strategic deals.

Skills

  • Proven quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to close long, complex, strategic deals
  • Established C-level relationships within target sectors
  • Experience with value selling, account planning and negotiating contracts
  • Familiarity working with regional/national/global partners and system integrators
  • Knowledge of identity, access management or broader cybersecurity market drivers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan aligned to regional strategy to achieve quota
  • Position and articulate Ping Identity's value proposition to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close complex subscription contracts with support from partners
  • Manage sales forecast and report activity to senior management
  • Prepare indicative pricing, offers, and RFP responses including services and training
  • Provide customer feedback to marketing, product, customer success, and engineering
  • Work collaboratively to secure specialist resources and partner support as needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Sales training or certifications in account planning/value selling a plus
