Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $60,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to AP, cash reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
