SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Associate will serve as the strategic right-hand partner to the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer (CLAO), helping to drive priorities across Perry Homes’ Legal, Human Resources, Talent, Mortgage, Title, Family Office, Board, Government Relations, and Charitable Foundation functions. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support. As a Chief of Staff–style position, the Associate will anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure execution on critical projects and initiatives. They will act as the CLAO’s trusted advisor, problem-solver, and connector—supporting not only the CLAO’s office but also serving as an organizational “hub” for senior leaders, external stakeholders, and key business initiatives. This is an ideal role for a highly motivated, business-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-exposure environments and wants to grow into a senior leadership path.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Financial Awareness: Analyze spending trends and assist with budget oversight across legal, HR, and administrative areas.

· Operational Efficiency: Build processes, document workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize the effectiveness of the CLAO’s office.

· Communications: Draft polished correspondence, presentations, and talking points for the CLAO and other leaders.

· Special Initiatives: Research, organize, and manage high-visibility projects—ranging from government relations to philanthropic efforts.

· External Relations: Serve as primary point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the CLAO with professionalism and discretion.

· Travel & Event Management: Coordinate complex travel, offsite meetings, and leadership events.

· Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive company and personnel information with the highest level of judgment and discretion.

· Agility: Flex and adapt to shifting priorities; deliver results under tight timelines with poise.
