Skills
- 3+ years of individual coaching experience (career, executive, workplace, or life coaching)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening
- Ability to build trust quickly with working adults and sustain motivation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple learners and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a data-informed team
Responsibilities
- Deliver bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom focused on mindset, barriers, and skill application
- Provide scaffolded educator support: explain concepts, check understanding, and deliver practice opportunities
- Offer academic and organizational support including time management, prioritization, and deadline planning
- Give real-time feedback through roleplays and interactive activities and facilitate reflection and goal-setting
- Document concise coaching notes and follow-up actions within 72 hours of sessions
- Track learner progress, surface trends and escalation needs, and share insights with the team
- Participate in coaching team meetings, trainings, and contribute to coaching playbooks and quality practices
Education
- No specific degree required; relevant coaching or workplace experience required
- Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, ICC or similar) preferred but not required
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and online instruction preferred
Benefits
