Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality instructional content that aligns with foundational reading principles for secondary students, while collaborating with educators to enhance literacy and critical thinking skills.
Skills: Deep knowledge of foundational reading strategies (phonics, morphology), experience in teaching and adapting instruction for adolescents, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
Qualifications: Experience teaching foundational reading skills to grades 6–12, familiarity with the Science of Reading, and ability to develop curriculum materials.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $30 - $60 per hour.

You’ve spent time in the classroom and know what it takes to engage middle or high school students who need help mastering the building blocks of reading.
