CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Offer individual or group counseling to students dealing with mental health issues, behavioral problems, or emotional difficulties.
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies and interventions for students with special needs or behavioral concerns.
* Participate in the development and review of IEPs for students with disabilities, ensuring that educational plans meet their psychological and emotional needs.
* Provide support during school crises, including identifying students at risk and helping to implement emergency plans for mental health crises.
