Hazel Health is seeking a part-time Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students. This role allows you to make a significant impact by counseling students and collaborating with school personnel and families.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality virtual mental health counseling, conduct assessments, collaborate with care teams, and ensure documentation adheres to guidelines.
Skills: Must be a licensed therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in NV, with strong organizational, communication, and technological skills; telehealth experience preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum one year experience in a school-based setting; additional licenses in multiple states are desirable; bilingual skills are a plus.
Location: This role is remote, available to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to specified states across the USA.
Compensation: $62 - $70 / Hourly

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.
Schedule: This is a part-time W2 permanent position with summers off, requiring 12 hours minimum per week.This position offers a set weekly schedule, with consistent hours each week. You can choose your preferred hours between Monday and Friday, starting any time after 4 p.m PST, or Saturday and Sunday 9a-9p PST.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $62.75 - $70.25 for all hours paid equally (no shows, training, sessions, admin, etc.) as a W2 employee - *Language increase available*, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
