Enterprise Account Executive

Path Robotics builds AI-driven robotics that close the skilled labor gap in manufacturing. We seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive top-line revenue, manage complex enterprise deals, and expand our presence across strategic accounts on the West Coast. The role requires strong enterprise selling skills, cross-functional collaboration, and domain knowledge in manufacturing and AI-driven robotics.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise quota attainment and track record of closing large deals
  • Strong ability to build C-level relationships and trusted partnerships
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing markets and AI-driven robotics solutions
  • Expertise with Challenger/solution selling approaches
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Challenger sales methodology across all engagements and stages of the sales cycle
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to close for high-value accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, customer success, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to uncover customer challenges, goals, and business drivers
  • Analyze market verticals, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively
  • Provide market-driven feedback to R&D and engineering to influence product roadmap and capabilities
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members as needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus but not required
