About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Salesperson who loves creating relationships and helping organizations achieve peace of mind through reliable, proactive IT services. You’ll engage with local businesses, learn their challenges, and connect them with solutions that make their workday easier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within our target markets (private medical practices and professional services).
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and align them with The Garam Group’s solutions.
  • Develop and deliver clear, client-focused presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to craft custom proposals.
  • Manage and track all opportunities in our CRM.
  • Attend networking events, community functions, and industry conferences to build relationships.
  • Ensure seamless client handoff from sales to operations.

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technology or services preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven success in consultative, relationship-driven selling.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • CRM experience.
  • Self-motivated learner with a Make It Happen mindset.

Compensation

  • This is a performance-driven sales role with a base salary of $35,000, plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and monthly car and phone allowances. On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year typically range from $55,000–$70,000, with high performers earning $90,000+ as they build their pipeline and client relationships.
