Your Career
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Repair Manager with a background in manufacturing or test engineering to lead our hardware device repair program. This role is a critical link between engineering and service operations, responsible for developing and managing the technical processes that ensure the efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective repair of our cybersecurity devices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who excels at process optimization, root cause analysis, and leading a technical team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $205,000 - $307,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
