Future Sales Opportunities at Pacaso, Regional Manager

Pacaso is a fast-growing property tech company that makes second home ownership accessible through an innovative co-ownership model. We are building a talent pool for future Regional Manager opportunities (hiring for roles expected in 2026) and seek sales-focused, customer-centric leaders to convert inbound buyers, drive revenue, and represent the Pacaso brand across markets.

Skills

  • Proven new acquisitions or real estate sales ability
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Consultative selling and closing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Time management and organization in a virtual environment
  • Customer-centric service orientation
  • Comfort with periodic travel and event attendance

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert inbound national prospective buyers to Pacaso homeowners
  • Meet and exceed KPI and sales metric targets while maintaining conversion standards
  • Maintain deep knowledge of current market inventory and buyer profiles
  • Provide market and buyer feedback to sales leadership, marketing, and acquisitions
  • Prepare and provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to management
  • Support top-to-bottom funnel activities including tours, closes and onboarding
  • Attend one local or feeder market event monthly to support regional sales efforts
  • Travel quarterly to collaborate with the sales team and market support
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekend rotations and SLAs
  • If local to a Pacaso market, conduct approximately 24 virtual or on-site tours monthly

Education

  • BA or college degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
