In this role, you'll be responsible for developing tools, frameworks and services which will enable developers to build a high quality product at scale without compromising on quality, velocity, and coding standards.

The Developer Experience and Tooling team (DET) enables the engineering organization with AI powered solutions and tools that reach all aspects of the development lifecycle.

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the developer experience across web, mobile, and generative interfaces and the right tools to support the same
Build a high performing team focussed on improving developer experience and Build tools that improve engineer productivity by 10× using code assistance, automated reviews, and context-aware documentation.
Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in the area of Developer productivity apps and Developer workflows.
Define and Tracking productivity metrics to encourage engineering efficiency and a high-performance culture.
Analyze metrics at both team and individual level: velocity, refactoring frequency, bug resolution times—through reporting dashboards
Work collaboratively to design, implement and evolve high quality automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing and design of visualization and reporting dashboards for monitoring and enabling data based decisions
Develop tools or implement features in existing tools for shortening the development cycle
Work with team members on detailed and constructive design and code reviews
Collaborate with the broader engineering team on design or architectural decisions
Be a role model for showcasing best practices, processes and culture to help Engineering teams improve their productivity

Define engineering tooling roadmap
15+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects
Demonstrated expertise in crafting and developing scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions
Demonstrated use of AI for coding, designing, planning and execution
Strong business insight, combining technical and business viewpoints to achieve strategic results
A growth mindset: curiosity, humility, and drive to explore how AI can reshape software development.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Have extensive experience in building Developer productivity tools, metrics and dashboards.
Have experience-driven empathy for the tools, frustrations, and processes that slow engineering teams down and lead to toil or burnout.
Building AI based applications/workflows using LLMs with concepts like RAG and Agentic AI development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including quickly getting up to speed with new technologies.
Experience that is a plus:
Building, maintaining and supporting infrastructure.

The compensation for this position ranges from $160,965.00 - $349,885.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
