Provide support to the Research Integrity department and in providing such support is exposed to sensitive and confidential information (includes policy violations, compliance issues, investigations, audits, grievances, and matters that impact business decisions that hold a high degree of organizational risk).
The Integrity Analyst II will provide services under the direction of the Export Control program within the Research Integrity department. Employees in this class also make recommendations for and assist in the implementation of new techniques or procedures to improve methods of operations, strengthen controls, and effectively utilize resources.
The Integrity Analyst, II position is distinguished from the Integrity Analyst positions by the requirement for proficiency in the pre-review of complex research as well as the use of data analysis methodologies. It is further distinguished from the lower levels by planning and conducting improvement projects, which may cross program or organizational lines and require analyses of multiple variables within interrelated systems. Employees in this class may function as a team leader guiding and coordinating the work of several stakeholders involved in special projects. This level also requires significant coordination of variables between highly diversified or unrelated systems, including but not limited to systems used for shipping submissions, international travel requests, InfoEd, and other electronic (i.e., eCOI systems).

Bachelor’s degree
Three years of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program.
Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information and projects.
Advanced MS Office skills including creation of advanced templates, charts, graphs, tables, and forms for executive review.
Ability to learn and understand a variety of software applications and data analytic procedures to support the Research Integrity department programs.
Ability to appear at the workplace, ready to work, on a regular and consistent basis.

Basic knowledge of the EAR, OFAC and ITAR, ability to quickly learn other regulations as needed (e.g.: CITES, NRC, DEA, FDA);
Experience with foreign trade regulations and shipping biological materials.
This position requires the ability to work remotely; position may involve travel within the Portland metro area and exposure to laboratory environments; Monday-Friday, day shift.
