Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Financial Officer with a goal to enhance the EVP’s effectiveness and meet the needs of the organization.

The ideal candidate will provide advanced support and operate independently to ensure successful administration of the systems, polices, procedures, and practices. They will demonstrate tact and critical thinking as they collaborate with a variety of customers both internally and externally.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk logs as needed.
• Flag forthcoming deadlines, track deliverables, and manage priorities for ongoing projects and executive initiatives.
• Prepare materials such as presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes for both executive and project meetings.
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history, required.
• Must be able to provide advanced administrative support, utilizing a broad and comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures and practice.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, required.
• Ability to operate independently and think critically, required.
