Office Manager

OnLogic is looking for a personable, positive, and proactive Office Manager to help lead our site in Cary, North Carolina.

This isn't your typical office manager role. We're looking for someone who will be the heartbeat of our local culture—a strategic partner who can champion our values, foster collaboration, and ensure our team has everything they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Fostering a welcoming, professional environment by greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Planning, coordinating, and participate in company events, team gatherings, and celebrations to build engagement and excitement.
  • Managing facility needs including office access, company car scheduling, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and safety activities such as fire drills and emergency preparedness.
  • Supporting HR processes by preparing onboarding materials, conducting new hire onboarding, coordinating calendars, and maintaining accurate, confidential employee files.
  • Overseeing office operations by ordering supplies, stocking snacks, coordinating catered lunches, and keeping the workplace running smoothly.
  • Embrace a flexible, “wear multiple hats” mindset to adapt as business needs evolve.

The team you will be joining:

The members of our Human Resources team play a vital role in helping us build on the productive, welcoming and collaborative atmosphere here at OnLogic. By finding, interviewing and helping select who joins our growing team, our HR team is incredible at finding the right fit for a given role. They also help us all stay informed, healthy and, of course, paid. "Human Resources" feels too old fashioned to describe what this team does, they're truly responsible for "Employee Success" and help build the entire "People Experience" here at OnLogic.

  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, hospitality, or event management environment.
  • Professional, polished customer service presence with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, and external partners.
  • You are highly adaptable, thriving in an agile company environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
