Responsibilities
- Financial management and business partnering with the Supply Chain Organization.
- Execute supply chain finance vision with streamlined reporting and analytics.
- Lead margin-focused cross-functional teams to meet targets.
- Drive continuous supply chain improvements, including reducing obsolete and scrap.
- Collaborate across functions to focus on cost savings and process improvement.
- Provide critical financial insights and analysis to business leaders.
- Support long-range planning including capacity expansion and supplier partnerships.
- Analyze sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics variances and forecast outlooks.
- Communicate operational outlooks including risks and opportunities.
- Support Chief Supply Chain Officer with special projects and ad hoc analyses.
- Partner with Unilever and the Wellbeing Collective on organizational goals.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
- MBA, CPA, and/or advanced technical degrees are a plus.
