Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on commercial property tax analysis and appeals.
- Manage end-to-end property tax appeal processes including informal, formal, arbitration, and litigation stages.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for the commercial real estate department.
- Serve as jurisdictional subject matter expert on commercial property tax laws and appeals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and client success teams.
- Onboard new clients and support appeals filing ensuring timely, best-in-class service.
- Communicate legislative changes and training across teams and clients.
- Hire, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Innovate and improve processes and software automation opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or real estate.
