Responsibilities
- Develop annual operating plans, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Maintain dynamic financial models incorporating revenue, margin, expenses, and KPIs.
- Forecast business unit income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet using historical data and stakeholder inputs.
- Partner with business units to track key drivers such as product performance and labor efficiency.
- Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze month-end financial results with variance analysis versus plan and prior year.
- Maintain and develop monthly financial reporting packages to communicate insights and risks.
- Monitor profitability by product, channel, and customer segment; recommend margin improvement.
- Collaborate to improve reporting efficiency and automate finance deliverables.
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects across the business.
- Share Excel and financial modeling best practices with business partners.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is typically required.
