Responsibilities
- Support development of annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Maintain and update dynamic financial models covering revenue, margin, expenses, and KPIs
- Collaborate with business units to forecast income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to aid strategic decision making
- Analyze month-end financial results and deliver variance analysis
- Evolve monthly financial reporting and monitor profitability metrics
- Partner cross-functionally on pricing, assortment, and promotional ROI evaluation
- Improve reporting automation and collaborate with BI/data teams
- Lead special projects and ad hoc financial analyses
- Share Excel and financial modeling best practices across teams
Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
