Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis for acquisition targets.
- Perform due diligence for M&A transactions including financial, operational, and market aspects.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and Board.
- Analyze integration plans and assess post-acquisition performance.
- Maintain pipeline reports and dashboards for acquisition activity and outcomes.
- Analyze financial performance and KPIs across business units.
- Provide market trend insights and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with M&A scenarios.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Legal teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
