Cost Management: Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
Lender & Investor Relations: Coordinate financial reporting and covenant compliance with financial institutions and equity sponsors.
Payroll & Regional Finance Oversight: Supervise payroll functions and coordinate with entity-level bookkeepers and finance managers to standardize practices.
Special Projects: Support M&A diligence, working capital reviews, asset valuation, and financial modeling for new transactions.
CPA designation strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in M&A-driven or roll-up environments
Expertise in GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, and project-based or construction accounting (PoC experience highly desirable)
Proven success in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses
Strong analytical, organizational, and systems implementation skills
ERP and accounting software proficiency (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office; Sage a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to process-building and problem-solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to travel to portfolio companies as needed
Base salary: $120,000 – $180,000, based on experience
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Equity participation
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans
This role reports directly to the private equity sponsor’s leadership team and will be the first corporate-level financial hire for the platform.
