Responsibilities
- Support preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions according to ASC 740.
- Coordinate and review U.S. federal, state, and international corporate tax filings.
- Manage VAT, GST, sales/use tax registrations, filings, and audit responses.
- Align tax systems with revenue recognition practices alongside FP&A and RevOps.
- Drive automation and reconciliation processes (e.g., Avalara).
- Assist daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasting.
- Support month/quarter close activities related to cash, FX, and interest income.
- Help implement treasury policies and controls suitable for a public company.
- Track short-term investment performance, interest income, and risk exposures.
- Assist in preparing reports for auditors and SEC filings.
- Support corporate insurance renewals and certificate requests.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or similar certification preferred.
