We’re looking for two dynamic Account Executives to join our sales team as our 2nd and 3rd sales hires. In this role, you will report directly to our founding VP of Sales and work closely with the CEO and leadership team on a daily basis. This is a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role – you’ll take deals from initial prospecting through demo and due diligence to close, for both outbound and inbound opportunities.
As one of the first sales team members, you’ll have outsized impact in shaping our sales strategy, refining our messaging, and building the playbook for how we engage with fund managers and other customers. Own the full sales cycle – from researching and prospecting new leads to running demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals with institutional investors.
Drive outbound outreach to high-potential prospects (hedge funds, VCs, private equity firms, etc.) while skillfully managing and converting inbound inquiries.
Build and manage a robust pipeline: diligently track opportunities, provide accurate forecasts, and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Demonstrate our value: Become an expert in OWL’s platform and industry use cases to deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate how our AI-driven insights solve clients’ challenges.
Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with the VP of Sales and CEO on strategic deals, share market feedback to influence product roadmap, and help refine our go-to-market strategy.
2–3+ years of B2B SaaS sales success, although we’re open to more experienced candidates if you’re a great fit otherwise.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a full-cycle sales role – you know how to build pipeline and close deals.

Finance/industry knowledge not required – you can learn complex domains quickly – but any familiarity with investing, financial services, or data platforms is a plus. (Curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important!)
