Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for prospects and clients via phone and email, building rapport and gathering intake information
- Schedule and manage attorney and client appointments, confirm and follow up on meetings
- Enter and maintain prospect and client data in CRM/Case Management systems
- Prepare and send engagement letters, invoices, and payment follow-ups; track payment plans
- Support trust funding processes by collecting and confirming client documents
- Prepare clients for Signing Ceremonies, confirm dates, and manage post-signing follow-up including thank-you gifts
- Provide consistent client communication and nurture relationships throughout the engagement
- Assist with light social media posting and monitoring to support client-facing messaging
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal degree
