The Associate Product Analyst is a key contributor in product planning and development, as well as managing product escalations for CapiraMobile, WorldCat Discovery, Direct Links from Google, and WorldCat.org. The Associate Product Analyst must be able to successfully collaborate with team members in across OCLC divisions to ensure the timely resolution of escalations and improve customer satisfaction. As OCLC continues to integrate AI into its operations, this role will increasingly focus on guiding and validating AI-assisted workflows—ensuring faster bug triage and resolution, escalation analysis, and operational reporting are comprehensive, trustworthy, and aligned with customer needs. This role will start at the intersection of traditional product analysis and next-generation, AI-enabled product analysis.
