As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and other business functions, and driving data-driven decision-making. You won’t just support sales teams—you’ll be an integral force in streamlining operations, maximizing efficiency, and enhancing overall revenue performance.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, analytics, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, analyze performance metrics, and ensure that sales initiatives are executed effectively.

Your primary stakeholders will be sales leaders, account executives, and revenue operations teams. You’ll also work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth coordination across functions.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
