Noodle is seeking a General Manager of Partner Success to lead relationships with prestigious university partners, focusing on innovation and growth while ensuring partner satisfaction and renewals.
Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for university accounts, nurture relationships, understand partners' needs, manage performance reviews, coordinate annual planning sessions, and oversee invoice processes.
Skills: Strong account management, analytical skills, effective communication, project management, and knowledge of higher ed landscape.
Qualifications: 10+ years in account management, ideally in education; Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred; understanding of university structures and financial management.

Compensation: $145000 - $155000 / Annually

Acting as both a trusted advisor and an executive sponsor, you’ll ensure our partnerships thrive—driving innovation, student impact, and long-term growth. To do so, you will work closely with our internal service teams to translate partners’ needs into action plans that deliver effective solutions. Success in this role is measured by partner satisfaction, renewals, and relationship growth.
