Diversity

At Nike, we believe in the inspirational power of sport to break down barriers, overcome differences and bring people together. To serve every athlete across the hundreds of countries where we do business we need teams that truly reflect the diversity of our consumers. We’re committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and an environment of empowerment and respect — a place where everyone can show up fully as themselves and do their best work every day. If there is no planet, there is no sport. This understanding drives our North Star for sustainability — a future where all athletes have access to safe places to play and train, enjoy sport and realize their full potential.

Nike works with community partners on programming, engages our employees and makes investments around the world to create lasting change. We invest a minimum of 1.5% pre-tax income each year to drive positive impact in our communities and level the playing field for all. We also team up with our employees around the world to supercharge their charitable donations to nonprofits and schools through our Employee Matching Gifts program.

Benefits
