NICE is a market-leading, public software company specializing in AI, cloud and digital solutions used by thousands of global enterprises. The TSD Partner Executive will own business development and partner growth within the Technology Solutions Distributor ecosystem, driving joint go-to-market programs, enablement, pipeline creation and revenue expansion across cloud, CRM, RPA and digital transformation initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven technology sales and partner/channel management experience.
  • Strong enterprise business modeling and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, CRM, RPA and digital transformation solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage relationships within the NICE partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives and profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business opportunities and partner development programs for TSD growth.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of NICE products and services through strategic partner engagement.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline creation, and product utilization targets.
  • Document and present joint business plans aligned to partner goals and NICE offerings.
  • Lead partner training and enablement on NICE products, services and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Escalate and resolve partner issues using established support and management processes.
  • Represent NICE at industry and partner events relevant to assigned partners.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
