About this Position / Responsibilities
- Provide daily functional support to end users in Treasury department for pre processing of data and preparation for input into Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal modules.
- Lead and support the configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal module and accounting reconciliations.
- Assist in PeopleSoft production close processes, including:o Running and excel to CI interfaces and accounting entry generationo Supporting the generation and distribution of cash and investments performance reports.
- Resolve trade data entry errors.
- Analyzing interface issue with investments excel to CI
- Involve in Oracle cloud implementation project.
- Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and treasury data analysis for business users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting end users in Treasury department.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple PeopleSoft/ERP modules.
- Strong knowledge of investments and data reconciliation with experience in financial data reconciliation.
- Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
- Demonstrated experience supporting ERP/Peoplesoft Treasury Cash and Deal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module
