The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Consumer Banking Organization’s mission is to become essential to American Express Members’ lives by providing Everyday Banking products with unparalleled value, service, and convenience. Our Member deposits represent the largest source of funding for American Express, and a key strategic priority is to continue to grow our portfolio of cost efficient, resilient deposits. The Deposit Pricing team is an enterprise center of excellence, responsible for all American Express deposit products. This team works closely with colleagues across both the Consumer and Business Banking teams. The mission of the Business Banking team within GCS is to create banking products that are the best choice for our small business customers.
The Senior Manager, Business Deposit Pricing Analytics will be a critical part of this team responsible for managing interest rates on American Express’ checking, savings and CD products. This role will focus on our business deposit product pricing, combining customer and portfolio analysis, competitive insights, and macroenvironmental and monetary policy trends to inform pricing strategies, as well as playing a key role in supporting inputs to the deposit product roadmap. The Senior Manager will also execute pricing decisions and ensure alignment with our pricing governance approach.
