Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, revenue recognition, budgeting, and forecasting while leading a high-performing finance team to support Shine's mission and growth initiatives.
Skills: Expertise in financial management, revenue recognition, budgeting, and financial modeling; proficiency in Excel and financial systems; strong communication skills and team leadership experience required.
Qualifications: At least 7 years of progressive experience in financial management preferred, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's/MBA in Finance or related field strongly preferred.
Location: Remote with up to 10% travel required for work-related meetings.
