Operation Research Analyst

NextGen Federal Systems is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Aberdeen, MD. The selected candidate will work closely with the operations staff to coordinate and administer various classified and unclassified data calls in support of our customer. This role will involve tracking reporting requirements, facilitating high-level meetings, and ensuring smooth operational support to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Track ad hoc and routine reports from initial request through closure, providing regular status updates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate events
  • Assist with weekly staff calendars, suspense status reports, and official visitor bulletins.
  • Support special projects and assignments for the command group.
  • Coordinate with subordinate program offices for support to demonstrations and briefings.
  • Participate in senior leader calendar reviews for event and data call synchronization.
  • Coordinate with external agencies in support of requirements
  • Document processes for data calls, RFIs, and strategic planning events.
  • Assist in updating and managing operations processes.
  • Attend meetings to support operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining schedules.
  • Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience maintaining internal records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


Security Clearance
  • Active Secret security clearance required, with the ability to maintain clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for a Secret clearance at this location.
