Skills
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ processes
- Experience integrating CRM ↔ CPQ ↔ ERP ↔ RevRec platforms (NetSuite and NetSuite ARM preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and its implications for system design
- Proven track record leading full lifecycle implementations, vendor evaluations, and UAT
- Data analysis skills (SQL and business intelligence tools a plus)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence cross-functionally
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, Product, and Business Systems to translate business objectives into scalable QTC system designs.
- Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem balancing innovation, efficiency, data quality, and compliance.
- Map end-to-end commercial workflows (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Billing → Revenue) and identify friction points with durable recommendations.
- Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, solution design, and implementation for Salesforce, CPQ, ERP (NetSuite), and revenue systems.
- Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ improvements; coordinate integrations with NetSuite and revenue recognition systems to ensure data consistency and compliant outcomes.
- Own full lifecycle of enhancements: discovery, documentation, prioritization, UAT, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
- Ensure solutions align with finance policy, controls, auditability, and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.
- Deliver training, documentation, and enablement; champion architectural consistency and data governance across GTM systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications (Salesforce Admin/Consultant/CPQ, NetSuite) are a plus
