- Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations according to best practices.
- Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance for potential issues.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and minimize disruption to operations.

- Collaborate to resolve complex incidents and escalated tickets.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.

- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of prior industry experience (Enterprise preferred).
- Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies.
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Proven experience in Linux/Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience in multi-site datacenter operations.
- Relevant certification in support technology field.
