Nelnet Business Services (NBS) is seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Manager I, Revenue Operations to lead the marketing systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support scalable growth across our sales and marketing engine.
This role blends deep marketing operations expertise with broader RevOps collaboration, ensuring seamless lead flow, unified reporting, and operational alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll be the primary owner of our marketing tech stack and play a key role in designing integrated systems that support demand generation, PLG, and sales-led initiatives across multiple verticals and business units.
You’ll oversee a team focused on marketing automation, campaign operations, and marketing intelligence, while contributing to a holistic revenue operations framework that spans the full customer lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT.
