Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Reporting into the Director, Retail Development, the Sr. Manager, Retail Development will identify and drive opportunities supporting NBCUniversal brands within the Food, Beauty, and Care lines of business at Walmart and Sam’s Club. This Sr. Manager will partner both internally with our Category, Franchise Strategy, Product Development, and Retail Marketing teams as well as externally with licensee partners, merchants, and Entertainment Council and Delegation members to support the development, pitch, award, and implementation of merchandise programs that deliver incremental product placement at retail and deliver against annual revenue targets.
This role is based at our Comcast NBCUniversal office in Rogers, Arkansas near Walmart and Sam’s Club Campus/Home Office. This role is Hybrid with an expectation of four full days (at a minimum) a week spent in office (subject to change).
