Clinical Oncology Specialist (Wisconsin)

Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing focused on oncology, women’s health, and organ health. We are seeking a Clinical Oncology Specialist to establish, develop and grow a territory across the majority of Wisconsin by building KOL relationships, educating clinicians on diagnostics and personalized medicine, and driving revenue through new account acquisition and retention.

Skills

  • Proven oncology diagnostics or oncology/pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong clinical knowledge of oncology and molecular diagnostics (e.g., cfDNA/NGS)
  • Experience navigating payer/reimbursement processes
  • Strategic territory planning and business development
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with field-based travel and managing remote territory activity
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Drive new account acquisition and expand existing customer relationships across academic and community cancer centers, clinics and hospitals
  • Develop and maintain KOL relationships and provide physician and account education
  • Manage daily sales activities, revenue, expenses and ROI for the territory
  • Implement cross-functional initiatives and laboratory services agreements (LSAs)
  • Maintain up-to-date product, market and competitor knowledge, including payer/reimbursement landscape
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, lab, clinical) to ensure goal attainment
  • Track and report territory performance and market opportunities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Clinical or scientific training/experience valued
